A brand chef is
Vladimir Bogozhavets.
He has previously worked at Arkadiy Novikov's restaurants such as Salon, "Vysota 5642", BOLSHOI, "Aist" and others. Vladimir's professional portfolio also includes training in Jordan where the chef was honored to cook for the royal family.
In Meraki restaurant he works in tandem with chef Arthur Kholikov (Eva, AQ Kitchen, Frantsuza Bistrot, "The Garden"), with whom he has developed a menu with an emphasis on Greek classics and the Mediterranean region.
